Eligible pre-K–adult educators and educator preparation faculty will be appointed by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) to participate in test development conferences.
Bias Review Committee (BRC) members will review test materials for potential sources of bias according to established review criteria pertaining to test content, language, offense, stereotypes, and diversity. Members will make recommendations to help prevent potential bias that might disadvantage a person because of her or his gender, race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, or cultural, economic, or geographic background.
